If you are flying into town, the closest airport is Charleston International Airport. Once you land, you can Uber from the airport to your hotel downtown. The ride is about 30 minutes. If you're staying at a hotel downtown, you should be able to walk to all wedding weekend events and most popular Charleston restaurants and sites.
Emeline

This hotel is a 7 minute walk from the Gibbes Museum and located close to all weekend events and the historic Charleston market. Francis Marion Hotel
We have a room block at the Francis Marion with a rate of $359/night and no minimum number of nights. The date has passed to book online but there are still a couple of rooms left.
